By now you have probably heard that the Concow- Yankee Hill Community Development Corporation has partnered with the Skikos, Crawford, Skikos & Joseph Law firm to sue PG&E over our badly damaged roads. Thank you to all who shared information before the deadline!
Skikos is fighting our battle for us and the proof of claim has been filed!
We now await the ruling from the judge that is planned for February. We have no illusions that the amount of the settlement will cover all the costs of all of the roads in Concow and Yankee Hill but we hope that it will in some way be a beginning or a jumping off point.
We do hope to also pursue funds for road repairs through other means and when we do receive and devise the method for distribution, we will be certain to let OUR community know.
